Namirial's B2B contract documentation is a single framework for all Namirial Group companies and has a modular structure, organised on several levels:
- General Conditions: apply to all Group Services and Software, regardless of the company providing them.
- Additional Conditions: supplement the General Conditions for specific categories of Services or Software (e.g. SaaS, On-Premises, Onboarding).
- Specific Conditions: govern, where applicable, individual products or services.
- Privacy Documentation: the General Data Processing Agreement, supplemented by the Data Processing Sheets for each service.
The Contract is entered into with the Group company indicated in the Commercial Proposal (the "Supplier"), which is the Client's sole counterparty, including where it offers Services provided by other Group companies. The annexes to the General Conditions set out the corporate and contact details of each Group company. Only the details relating to the Supplier apply to the contractual relationship.
The General Conditions constitute the core of the Contract and apply to all Namirial services and software.
